Most of them are useless. With 50 States comes 50 different sets of laws. Some States don’t even recognize tax liens as something that you can “invest” in. Properties in those States are sold outright for back taxes. A generic “webinar” is useless.

You have not provided enough detail.What kind of video quality?What kind of audio quality?What sort of environment will the meeting be held?How long is the meeting?Are multiple cameras required? How many meeting attendees?Will there be presentation material from the meeting that needs to be in the video?Most probable the most cost effective way will be to hire someone – perhaps a video production service local to you. There are also some wedding videographers that will do events other than weddings.
